    Winter theming at the Artillery Garden at The HAC has been inspired by the disco scene of Studio 64. Boogie Wonder Nights takes elements from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, with a touch of glamour and sparkle to create an unbeatable Christmas party. Expect an explosion of colour and sound, creating a party space like no other.

    The purpose built structure offers a fantastic, flexible space which has been custom built for events. Full production and audiovisual equipment create the ideal venue for any event requirements.


    The venue is split into two separate rooms offering a wealth of flexibility. The smaller Grand Hall is perfectly suited to drinks receptions, whilst the larger Ballroom is ideal for seated dinners. The rooms are interlinked, enabling events to utilise the spaces separately or as one.

    This prestigious venue can host up to 2,400 guests.

    The main conference space can be screened off from the reception area to provide a private area for smaller meetings or breakout space for more focused sessions. With catering provided by our award-winning caterer, Create Food and Party Design, the conference can be followed by a seated dinner or reception in one of the most unique and exciting venues in London.

  • The marquee can be hired on a venue only basis allowing you to take our existing structure and plan the rest of the event yourself. We are happy to work with other caterers and suppliers however we will need to discuss your plans and approve them in advance.

    We can be involved as little or as much as you want. Alternatively you can discuss your specific needs with our team to create a bespoke event.

    Hire of the venue includes:

    • Exclusive facility hire and ground hire from 09:00 – midnight (23:30 on Sundays)
    • Existing lighting – pin spots for dining tables, disco and atmospheric lighting
    • AV system – a large screen and projector, PA System, stage and lectern

    • Dining furniture – 1000 chairs and 100 x 5ft round tables
